The Right Hon. Nahas Angula (Chairperson) has been the Prime Minister since 2005.
Prior to being appointed as Prime Minister, he was the Minister of Higher Education, Training and Employment Creation which was later changed to the Ministry of Higher Education, Vocational Training, Science and Technology.
Hon. Angula was a member of the Constituent Assembly that drafted the country's Constitution and Founding Member of Parliament, a member of the Central Committee and Politburo of the SWAPO Party.
Hon. Angula served as SWAPO's first Secretary for Information and Publicity and later as Secretary for Education and Culture in Luanda Angola.
He obtained a B.ED (University of Zambia ), M.A. and M.ED (Columbia University ).
